Well, call me spaghetti-arms. I just got done doing the Monday portion of my little workout dvd and my arm muscles are pretty much useless now. Heh. I know we registered for the 5 lbers, but Sarah… I can barely use those 3 lbers you let me use. Yeah, I know. P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C. :-p

Buttttttttttttttt, it did feel good to break a sweat. I am going to really buckle down now… this was the first day. I was going to start it last week but I didn’t feel well….so no more excuses!! Time to feel better, have more energy and get rid of some of this pent of anger!!!!

Yay for me!
